He implemented projects for the following industries: energy, production, FMCG, telecommunications, pharmacy, IT, banks and insurance, shared services. Before he started his coaching career, he gained professional experience as a radio journalist (RMFFM), specialist (Geant retail chain) and HR manager (Lurgi AG – an engineering company). For 4 years he worked as a trainer of the Orange network sales support team. For 10 years, he has been implementing leadership skills development projects for global companies operating in Poland.

Examples of projects:

• Implementation of an annual training cycle called “”Akademia Lidera”” for a company producing packaging for the FMCG industry. This program resulted in an increase in the involvement of production employees, a reduction in the turnover of line positions and an improvement in the profitability of production.

• Support for the consolidation process of two companies through participation in the selection of sales employees and the implementation of the outplacement program.

• Participation in the program of implementing strategic changes to personnel management; carrying out 27 individual coaching processes for people designated for promotion from expert positions to management positions.”
