Independent online learning
THE DEAL METHOD®: 5 x 60 min modules

Individual exercises
3 practice drills followed by a debriefing session with the consultant to adapt lessons learned to trainees’ specific client contexts and prospects (3 x 45 min).

Final closing exercise
Trainees conduct a full one-on-one meeting with the consultant playing the role of the client, enabling finely tuned feedback and guidance to unlock further improvements (30 min preparation + 60 min meeting).

Group workshops
- A kick-off session presenting the programme and related goals, along with the organization of individual and group tasks and a review of specific expectations (45 min)
- 4 workshops to take stock of work done between sessions, reinforce e-learning modules, suggest further study based on feedback and encourage application of lessons learned (4 x 120 min).

Individual practice between group sessions

Marcin Gildner
Business trainer, consultant, facilitator and academic lecturer.
He has built 20 years of business experience as a sales representative and manager responsible for sales, purchasing, marketing and category management, managing teams
and projects, incl. at Hitachi, Leroy Merlin and Bosch.
He negotiated contracts with a total value of over PLN 1 billion, i. a. in Poland, Russia, China, Germany and Italy.
For 6 years, he has been providing training and consulting services to organizations from various industries, as FMCG, medical, industrial, automotive, logistics and agricultural sectors.
