Certification process

The certification process consists of 4 stages:

1. PREPARATION FOR TRAINING

Before participating in the training, the participant receives substantive material along with tips on how to prepare for the training to maximize its effectiveness

2. TRAINING COURSES – 14 HOURS IN 4 ON-LINE SESSIONS

SThe training is conducted interactively in small groups in an interactive form

3. PERFORMING THE CERTIFICATION TASK

The certification task is to create a development project plan affecting business results. We carry out the most difficult stages of this work together during the last training session

4. FOLLOW UP

The participants of the certification process receive a special newsletter supporting the implementation of the acquired knowledge into practice

She has a certificate entitling her to conduct training in the Kirkpatrick® Four Levels of Evaluation method. She introduced to the market and managed companies from the following industries: development, commercial, event and media. In the training industry, she was a long-term sales director and trainer. In each division, she is maximally focused on results.

Ewa Żukrowska

She combines over twenty years of managerial, consulting and coaching experience, gained both in the corporate and the training industry. She has a facilitator’s certificate entitling her to conduct training with the application of the Kirkpatrick® Four Levels of Evaluation methodology. Fascinated by the possibilities of implementing new technologies in the world of training. Her professional path is signed by the motto: “Be the change you want to see in the world”
