She has run projects for the following industries: retail chains, energy, telecommunications, cosmetics, pharmacy, manufacturing companies, new technologies, banks and insurance, shared services and outsourcing. She gained experience in business as a manager and director in the Ahold Polska commercial network (6 years) and as a Content Director and Vice President in a large training company (11 years).

Examples of projects:

• a competency audit and a series of managerial trainings for Sales Area Managers in the commercial network, resulting in an increase in sales

   

• audit of training policy and implementation of new standards in line with the new Kirkpatrick model at the Central Statistical Office

   

• a series of individual coaching for managers in a large insurance company, the result of which was a significant improvement in business results
