In addition, in his coaching and consulting work, he focuses on areas related to sales management, business building, and cooperation development. He conducts diagnoses of commercial competences using tools such as business simulations, Video Role-Play, tests of knowledge about market trends. Conducts field sales coaching.
Education
Higher education – pedagogy. Participation in dozens of trainings (in Poland and abroad) in the field of: sales skills, marketing, team management, change management, negotiations, NLP, communication, cooperation with the client. Participation in courses on building and implementing broadly understood business plans in the HoReCa, B2B and FMCG market.
