He conducts diagnoses of commercial competences using tools such as business simulations, Video Role-Play, tests of knowledge about market trends. Conducts field sales coaching. At work, he focuses on developing the client’s business and searching for the effectiveness of key business processes.

Education

Master’s degree in Physical and Health Education, University of Rzeszów. Completed numerous professional courses, including in the field of sales management, management by objectives, managing sales projects.

Experience

For nearly 20 years he has been associated with business embedded in the pharmaceutical and FMCG markets. He has gone through the entire professional path, from PH, through the Regional Sales Manager, Regional Business Manager, National Key Account Manager to the Sales Director.
