Experience

She has over 20 years of experience in working in an international corporation, where she managed a dispersed sales team, a team of sales managers, a team of trainers and numerous projects. As a manager of the training department, she dealt with the creation and implementation of training strategies, testing the effectiveness of training, developing talents in the organization, creating development plans, and recruiting. She has also conducted numerous trainings for managerial staff in the field of soft skills development. She implemented online training programs – webinars and on-line workshops. She can be proud of numerous successes in developing subordinates and implementing new solutions, for which she has received many awards.
