Experience

She conducted projects for the following industries: cosmetics, automotive, insurance, children, food, chemical, alcohol, education, universities, higher administrative courts and non-governmental organizations. For 27 years associated with sales, training and development, she gained experience in business as the owner of an advertising agency, manager of the BTL agency, mentor of the HR improvement and promotion agency, coordinator of consumer promotion and event organization, manager of the customer service department. For over two decades, she has managed sales, training, mentoring and management teams, mainly dispersed; Currently, she is passionate about the profession of a trainer and mentor. Teams and units trained by her regularly generated the highest sales progress in companies. She is a finalist awarded in the 6th Edition of the Polish National Sales Awards 2014 competition in the Sales Trainer category.
She appeared as a speaker at the conference “”Sales Trends 2017″” organized by “”Puls Biznesu”” leading the module “”Merchant management””, in the section of regular workshops carried out by the daily newspaper “”Rzeczpospolita””: “”Sales Talent Acquisition: Techniques of acquiring and retaining employees in the sales department”” and “”Coaching and motivating the sales department in practice”” and an expert in “”Management by motivation 3.0 according to the model of Prof. S. Reiss” at the University of Finance and Management in Białystok in the“Meetings with business practitioners ”program.
