She gained experience in business working in the sales department (19 years), incl. as Training and Coaching Director of the Sales Department at Coca-Cola (4 years) and as Manager of Training and Development of the Sales Force at Nationale Nederlanden. Currently, Frito Lay Poland Sp. z o.o. as Sales Organization Development Manager. Working with various sales channels, she knows and understands the broad context and business expectations. At the same time, she menages cooperation with external clients in development projects for sales departments.
